Step 1

Step 2

Applicants who pass the paper screening will be shortlisted and invited to an in-person interview with a member of the Recruitment Team.

The interview invitation will specify the date and time, and will include detailed instructions for the teaching demonstration. The assigned teaching demonstration topic will also be communicated via email to the qualified applicant

Step 3

Classroom teachers will be asked to conduct a teaching demonstration on the same day.
For therapists, applicants will follow these steps:
- Observe therapy sessions
- Conduct demonstration sessions with at least two students whom they observed

Step 4

The final interview will be conducted on the same day as the demonstration, upon the recommendation of the assigned Leadership Team member who served as the observer during the demonstration.
