𝐓𝐕𝐀 𝐉𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐬 𝐈𝐂𝐄𝐅𝐀 𝐋i𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝟓𝟐𝐧𝐝 𝐄𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐧’𝐬 𝐄𝐱𝐡𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐀𝐫𝐭𝐬 𝐋𝐢𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐞 (ICEFA Lidice) is a global art exhibition to commemorate the child victims of World War 2 from Lidice, Czech Republic, and all other children who have perished in wars. Established in 1967, the annual competition and exhibition is one of the largest in the world in featuring children’s art from across the nations. This year’s current edition features the theme, “𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐯𝐚𝐧,” to celebrate the International Year of the Camelids and the 150th anniversary of the Universal Postal Union.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐕𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐀𝐜𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐲 joins in celebrating children’s art from around the world with our participation in this year’s ICEFA Lidice competition. 22 curated artworks from our students in the Junior High School were sent to Lidice Gallery to compete with thousands of other children's artworks from around the world in the hope of being selected as part of the exhibit, which will commence on May 31, 2024 – January 31, 2025. We wish them all the best and may their artworks be part of this historical endeavor.
